5. Credits and Payment

The service operates on a credit-based pay-as-you-go system. Credits are required to send messages and must be purchased in advance. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Unused credits do not expire unless the account is terminated.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, upgrades, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

IEOSUIA SMS Portal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the preceding twelve months.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
